I wanted to publicly answer a question I received recently from a friend of mine who was curious about what you can post on Centrrl.

So I got a question recently from someone regarding the central platform I was asked hey can I post anything on Central like literally anything well I told them you know what let me just answer that on the platform itself so everybody can hear it just makes things more clear that way yes you can post anything on Central I would say pretty much literally anything now here's a thing being a social platform it's our responsibility and our duty to protect the platform and in many different ways because being a public platform you get all kinds of people all kinds of accounts while we don't wanna restrict any of those we definitely want to moderate the type of content we're putting out so that it so that it feels more inviting to our community to be able to come and check it out and you know spend time on Central so a couple of things you cannot post on central might include content that's sensitive or you know has explicit constant warnings you know includes discrimination and hate speech you know projects violence harassment docking spreads misinformation which is a big thing and then you know AI related content so if you're gonna post AI content just make sure you're sort of label it we do provide you signal so just make sure you add a signal to it so people know that it is a generated content and we also you also wanna make sure that you don't intrude on people's privacy you know don't post other people's emails and phone numbers and you know definitely don't send spam spam content in the feed or you know start sending spam to other people in messages because we are manually as well as electronically through the help of AI are definitely moderating and monitoring the platform so it might not even be us humans but if the system detects that you're you know doing something that's that's not within our defined rules and guidelines you will be flagged and your content will be flagged and you know your account may be suspended or even be terminated for that matter but we don't want to get to that so anyway simply put be respectful put out some good information engage in a healthy way and contribute to the central community and the most positive and productive way so it helps everybody who is viewing your content that's all

@vic pretty sure that wasn’t me haha.. but good answer man. It makes a lot of sense. This is a good platform and can potentially evolve into a place where people spend a lot of time. Good rules 👍
